All products sold on Rayhun are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment confirmation. You are purchasing a licence to use the document, not physical goods.

Files are provided in DOCX and PDF formats unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the document for your own personal or business purposes. You may edit templates for your use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased documents commercially without written permission from Rayhun.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payment is processed via M-Pesa. Prices include all applicable charges.

Orders are only fulfilled after successful payment confirmation. Rayhun is not responsible for delays caused by mobile network issues.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

All content on the Rayhun platform — including templates, guides, branding, and website content — is the property of Rayhun and is protected by copyright law.

Rayhun provides templates as-is and makes no warranties that documents will be suitable for every specific legal situation. Always seek professional legal or HR advice for complex matters.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
